Obtained by combining any Hydrosophist Skill book and any Necromancer Skill book.Turns all water in the area into blood.īlood Storm is a Necromancer Skill in Divinity Original Sin 2. Bolts of coagulated blood fall on enemy characters in the area, setting Disease and Decaying.
